Specifically, the 16-pin ZEB1216S-B21-TR and the 24-pin ZEB1224S-B21-TR both feature a two-row arrangement with a pin pitch of just 2.0mm and a row spacing of 2.8mm. This compact design allows the connector to integrate more circuits within a limited space. Compared to traditional single-row connectors, the same footprint can accommodate nearly double the number of circuits, ideally addressing the "high number of wires in a small space" problem in BMS modules.
Both models utilize surface mount technology, eliminating the need for additional perforated mounting holes and allowing direct mounting to the PCB, further reducing installation size. The terminals are made of tin-plated copper alloy and undergo a reflow treatment. The tin plating prevents oxidation and corrosion, reducing contact resistance-the initial contact resistance is only 10mΩ, and after long-term testing, it remains below 20mΩ, minimizing current transmission losses.
