The ZE Connector offers both 16-pin and 24-pin configurations, flexibly adapting to the needs of applications ranging from small sensor clusters to complex BMS modules. Specifically, the 16-pin ZEB1216S-B21-TR and the 24-pin ZEB1224S-B21-TR both feature a two-row arrangement with a pin pitch of just 2.0mm and a row spacing of 2.8mm. This compact design allows the connector to integrate more circuits within a limited space. Compared to traditional single-row connectors, the same footprint can accommodate nearly double the number of circuits, ideally addressing the "high number of wires in a small space" problem in BMS modules.

Both models utilize surface mount technology, eliminating the need for additional perforated mounting holes and allowing direct mounting to the PCB, further reducing installation size. They can easily adapt to both the BMS motherboard within the battery pack and sensor control modules throughout the vehicle.

Compliant with USCAR-2, the connector performance standard for the US automotive industry, to withstand the vibration and impact experienced during vehicle operation. The ZE Connector meets the LV214 standard, established by the German automotive industry, specifically to ensure connector durability in harsh environments such as high temperature and high humidity.
It adheres to the IATF 16949 standard, the global automotive industry's quality management system standard, ensuring strict quality control throughout the connector production process and consistent batch quality.
ZE Connector also complies with environmental standards such as RoHS and REACH, meeting the environmental requirements of major global markets and facilitating export for automakers.

The ZE Connector's housing is made of black PA material, which is heat-resistant and impact-resistant. It remains stable within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, and will not deform or crack even in the high-temperature environments of the engine compartment or battery pack.
The terminals are made of tin-plated copper alloy and undergo a reflow treatment. The tin plating prevents oxidation and corrosion, reducing contact resistance-the initial contact resistance is only 10mΩ, and after long-term testing, it remains below 20mΩ, minimizing current transmission losses.
